NorthStar was established in August 1994, and provides commercial, industrial, and residential customers with installation and repairs, sales and service, maintenance contracts, and design/build capabilities. We are a dealer for Carrier and Trane, and we service all other makes and models. We handle such products as: gas and oil furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps, water heaters, programmable thermostats, electronic air cleaners, humidifiers, hot water and steam boilers, chillers, computer room units, and commercial control systems with monitoring. We offer safe and dependable refrigerant recovery service. All of our technicians are NATE-(National Alliance of Technician Excellence) and EPA-certified, and leak detection and repair experts. We provide emergency service, and we are licensed, insured and bonded in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
