If you request a quote to replace a system, or to replace equipment under a maintenance plan, we will likely need to perform a survey. A survey is simply a visit by one of our sales or technical staff to llok at your equipment and to assess your individual needs. We will likely collect information such as model/serial numbers on equipment, filter and belt sizes, water availability for cleaning, any unusual access conditions or features on equipment, and general condition of equipment. This way we are fully aware of what your needs are before we quote a price on a product or service.
