A Precision Tune-Up is the same as a Seasonal Check-Up procedure with additional cleaning of coils, heat exchanger burners and / or blower assembly if needed. If this service is performed for a Five Star service agreement, the equipment must be brought up to manufacturer's standards before the contract can be accepted. If this service is for a Three Star service agreement, the precision tune up would be strongly recommended.
