A Seasonal Maintenance Check-Up checks the unit operation. The customer is asked if there are any problems with the unit. The overall operation of the unit is checked for the upcoming season (heat / cool). The refrigerant charge is checked. The heat exchanger and flue is checked on furnaces and boilers. The controls and operation are checked. The air filter, coils, blower assembly, and visual inspection of condition of equipment and ductwork is checked. No repairs, adjustments, or cleanings are performed. These items are noted on the service ticket, the customer is notified, and signs ticket.
