NorthStar’s customer portfolio includes retail facilities, computer rooms, restaurants, property management groups, office buildings, theaters, multi-location corporate facilities, and religious and financial institutions. NorthStar received the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce’s "New Business Award" in 1997, and has twice been a Fairfax County of Chamber of Commerce "Service of the Year" finalist. We are highly rated for quality by the Washington Consumer’s Checkbook.

We consider it paramount to our mission to give back to the community we serve. NorthStar sponsors such programs as the Robinson Secondary School athletic program and the Braddock Road Youth Club. Each year at Christmas we make a financial donation to a local charity. Throughout the year, we participate in an ACCA program providing free HVAC service to disadvantaged groups and individuals.
